The terms, at a glance.
Refunds carry a deduction of 20% of the selling price. Delivery costs are also deducted outside local delivery markets.
Measured from the sale odometer reading. Each additional mile costs $1.
Refund timing
Refunds are initiated on return day; bank processing can take 7–10 days.
Vehicle condition
Returns are excluded after modification, accident, damage or a change from delivered condition. Liens or encumbrances also disqualify the vehicle, except the dealership’s retail installment contract.
One exchange
One replacement vehicle is permitted. That second vehicle does not receive another 7-day return or exchange policy.
